It has an excellent educational presentation on wind
energy and wind turbines. Lots of high quality color
animation! Probably the best site for an education on
wind energy and generation. It is available in English
and has excellent educational animations. A great place
to start!

A national non-profit organization with extensive information
on wind energy, wind farm development, and a focus section
on Pennsylvania wind development. This site also includes
lists of consultants, developers, wind turbine manufacturers
